Start-Up Resources

If you're starting a new business, you're probably marketing on a shoe-string. We know all about that - we've been there, too!

To make life easier for the entrepreneurs out there, we've put together a few resources and links that can be useful for new businesses:

Technology Incubators

The Atlanta Technology Development Center (ATDC) has been helping technology entrepreneurs in Georgia create and grow successful companies since 1980. In that time, more than 120 companies have graduated from the ATDC, and these companies have raised more than a billion dollars in outside financing.

To learn more about the ATDC, visit their web site at ATDC.org

Looking for more technology incubators? Here's a great list of Technology Incubators in the Southeast, developed by the Georgia Centers of Innovation.

Small Business Administration (SBA)

The SBA offers a number of programs for small businesses and start-ups. Check out their Small Business Planner for a information and resources related to starting and running a small business.

Small Business Development Centers provide local support and access to all kinds of useful information for new and growing businesses. Find a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) near you using the SBDC Locator.
